Hundreds of TestStand reports in seconds. What fails, where, and how capable.

Pick the folder where TestStand writes its native, lightweight ATML reports. See which test fails most, each measurement's history against its limits, and Cg, Cgk and Ppk under your customer's standard, then export to Excel and PDF ready to send right after your first NPI validation. On your PC, no server.

TestStand's native report

ATML IEEE 1636.1 XML, the lightweight report TestStand already writes. No results database to set up, and TestStand doesn't need to be installed on that PC.

Your data stays on your PC

A local database on that machine, with no server, no account and no telemetry. It works offline, activation included.

One-time payment

A perpetual license for one computer, with no expiry. Try it first for 14 days with every feature.

Fast and exact, measured

In our test, 1,400 real reports imported in about 50 s, with the window responsive. Every value is read exactly as TestStand wrote it, with no copy and paste, and the Cg, Cgk and Gage R&R calculations are checked against an independent calculation.

What you build in a spreadsheet today, already done.

What fails most, and where

The tests that fail most, first, with their values and limits one click away. And the failure rate by station and socket, worst on top, so you know whether it's the unit or the nest.

Capability under your customer's standard

Cg, Cgk, Pp, Ppk, %EV and a verdict for every measurement, under AIAG MSA 4, AIAG MSA 3, VDA 5, Ford or your own standard. When an index makes no sense (no variation, two-state data), it flags it instead of giving you a misleading number.

See the drift before it fails

Every measurement in run order against its limits, with ±3σ bands, and its distribution against the normal curve. With a one-sided limit, it draws only the one that exists.

Reports ready to send after the first NPI validation

A three-step wizard exports the study to PDF with your logo, one page per measurement, and to Excel with the raw values so your customer can check every number. The failure summary exports to PDF and Excel too.

See it

What it looks like with a real folder of reports.

Short silent clips, recorded in Report Analyzer 4.0.1 with synthetic demo data from the BDB-100 product.

  1. Clip: a folder with 1,543 reports in File Explorer, the Windows folder dialog and 1,543 runs imported

    Pick the folder

Pick the station's folder in the Windows dialog and in come the native, lightweight ATML reports TestStand already writes. No database, no server. In the demo, 1,543 runs.

  2. Clip: Error Distribution with the run overview and the tests that fail most

    What fails most

Error Distribution ranks the tests that fail most, with their values and limits one click away. The short list of what to fix first.

  3. Clip: the 3V3 Rail history centered between its limits and the 5V_OUT Voltage history climbing toward the upper limit

    Healthy or drifting

3V3 Rail stays centered between its limits (Ppk 4.57). 5V_OUT Voltage still passes, but climbs toward its upper limit day after day (Ppk 0.99): you see it before it fails.

  4. Clip: Result = Failed filter, a failures-only group, and Error Distribution with FCT-02 socket 1 on top

    Failures only, as a group

Filter Result = Failed, make it a group, and Error Distribution shows where the failures pile up. In the demo, 30 of the 77 failures come from FCT-02 socket 1.

  5. Clip: a Duration greater than 60 s rule, a slow-runs group with 193 runs and their stations

    Slow runs, as another group

A rule on Duration (greater than 60 s) builds the group. In the demo that is 193 runs, 138 of them on FCT-02: the station to look at.

  6. Clip: the Report Wizard in three steps; the exported PDF and Excel opened and scrolled

PDF and Excel, ready to send

After the first NPI validation, the Report Wizard exports in three steps. The PDF is your evidence that a station or a new product is stable; the Excel file is ready for your traceability system. In the demo, a Type 1 study of station FCT-01.

  7. Clip: 3 files with 10 runs each are imported and every run shows up as its own execution

    Several runs per file

If TestStand writes in append mode, each run in the file comes in as its own execution. In the demo, 3 files with 10 runs each.

  8. Clip: Type 1 study with Cg and Cgk per measurement; 5V_OUT Voltage shows bias

    Type 1: Cg and Cgk

With a master unit measured many times, Cg and Cgk per measurement with your customer's standard. In the demo, 5V_OUT Voltage repeats well but has bias: Cgk 0.94.

  9. Clip: Gage R&R (Beta), from the auto-detected grid to the results with %GRR, ndc, and verdict

    Gage R&R (Beta)

The grid of parts, operators, and repeats builds itself from the report data. Result per measurement: %GRR, ndc, and the AIAG verdict, with its ANOVA table.

It reads your reports the way TestStand wrote them.

Whole folders

Drag them onto the window and every report is imported.

Append mode

When a file holds several runs, each one comes in as its own execution.

No duplicates

Import the same folder again: only the new reports come in.

Incomplete reports

A report TestStand is still writing is rejected with a clear message.

Next week

Only what's new comes in. What's broken stays out.

  1. Clip: importing the folder again brings in 51 new runs and skips 508 that were already there

    Import the same folder again

Reports already in the dataset are skipped, and the app tells you how many. In the demo: 51 new runs and 508 that were already there.

  2. Clip: of four reports, three come in; the fourth is rejected with the message "The file is incomplete"

A truncated report is never half-imported

If TestStand was still writing the file, the import rejects it and says why. The rest of the folder comes in normally.

How many reports can it handle?

It's built for production volume. In our test it imported 1,400 reports in about 50 s with the window responsive.

Is the license a subscription?

No. It's a one-time purchase, valid permanently on one computer.

What if I change computers?
