About Bravo-101 Systems

Why we exist

An automated test station is never just instruments. It's instruments, test logic, product configuration, traceability, and the reports someone has to defend in front of a customer. In practice those layers get tangled together, and the cost shows up later: a limit that can't be changed without a development license, a variant that means another spreadsheet, a quality question nobody can answer because the evidence was never collected.

Bravo-101 Systems builds the software that untangles them.

Where the name comes from

101 is a binary number. It's also the number every engineer recognizes from the first line of everything they've ever debugged. The name is a reminder of where our work lives: close to the instruments, close to the data, at the level where things are measurable and certain, or they aren't.

What stage we're at

Bravo-101 Systems is a new company built on years of shop-floor work in production testing. That matters more than it sounds. Our tools weren't designed from a spec of what test engineers probably need; they come from concrete frustrations: running stations, reading report files nobody wants to open, and explaining capability numbers to a customer's quality engineer who isn't willing to take them on faith.

We'd rather tell you that plainly than act out a corporate history we don't have.

The experience behind the work

The engineering experience behind these products comes from test systems built for automotive electronics, medical devices, power tools, and industrial equipment: programs where the test station was part of a regulated or customer-audited supply chain.

We don't publish customer names or logos without their written authorization. If you need references before working with us, ask and we'll arrange them directly.

How we work

  • Offline first. Our software runs on the station, with no server, no account, and no telemetry. On controlled or isolated networks, that's the difference between a tool you can install and one you can't.
  • Perpetual licenses on the station. Station apps are bought once and stay active. Themis is a subscription on the engineer's PC; the line never depends on it.
  • No lock-in. Standard input formats, standard output formats. Your test data is yours and reads without us.
  • We say what a tool doesn't do. Every product page on this site has a section describing that product's limits. It costs us some sales and saves everyone the wrong purchase.

Where we're headed

Bravo-101 builds products, not custom projects: apps for the test station and Themis FCT Agent, by subscription. What comes next is more products around the station. The idea behind them doesn't change: fewer manual steps between a measurement and a decision.
