Themis FCT AgentComing soon

Engineering assistant for functional test stations

Themis FCT Agent thinks like a Functional Test Systems Architect.

Themis reads your customer's full package (spec, SOW and requirements, whatever the format), turns every gap and contradiction into a technical question, proposes the station and builds the test sequence with your own tools. You confirm every decision.

The gap missed by hand shows up later, when it already costs.

Quoting and building a station means reading the whole package and working out instruments, loads and access points. However careful you are, something can slip by hand, and the judgment stays in one person's head and files.

Task Today With Themis

Analyze the customer's package

Today Hours of reading and note-taking; a gap can slip through

With Themis Reads all of it, whatever the format, and flags gaps and contradictions

Questions for the customer

Today You write them by hand and they go out late

With Themis Technical questions ready, each with its reference

Quote the station

Today Work out instruments, loads and access points by hand

With Themis Proposed strategy and BOMs, checked against your station's limits

Build the sequence

Today Transcribe case by case

With Themis You review a traceable first version, built with your modules

Test the sequence

Today Not until the bench exists

With Themis With simulated modules, from earlier on

Teach your modules to someone new

Today Explained again every time

With Themis Tests them on its own and remembers what it learned

Hand the project from whoever quotes to whoever builds

Today Context gets lost

With Themis Questions, answers and decisions with author and date

Step 1 of 5

The manufacturing package arrives.

Spec, SOW, requirements and screenshots, whatever the format.

For whoever quotes and whoever builds, on the same thread of decisions.

  1. Stage 01

Reads everything and asks what's missing

Spec, SOW and additional requirements, whatever the format. It finds gaps and contradictions and turns them into technical questions for your customer, each citing its line.

  2. Stage 02

    Designs the station

Who quotes · Business Development Engineer

Test strategy, instrument BOM against your station's catalog, points and loads BOM, and access BOM. It checks your station's limits before you quote.

Illustrative example · §3.4SOW → Serial-number traceability (not a test, but it costs)

  3. Stage 03

Builds the sequence with your tools

    Who builds · FCT Engineer

Your VIs and DLLs first, tested on their own with known data; what it learns, it remembers for the next project. A TestStand sequence traceable case by case, with a dry run before applying, disabled steps with their reason, and limits ready for Variant Manager. You debug with simulated modules before the bench exists.

Illustrative example · §4.2.1Quiescent current ≤ 15 mA → Step: Measure quiescent current

  4. Stage 04

You decide. Everything is on record

It proposes and waits for your confirmation. Every decision is recorded with author and date; every assumption is flagged. A project takes days: Themis picks it up from what was already decided.

What it delivers, in the order you need it.

G1 Station proposal

  • D1Analysis of the manufacturing package, including what isn't a test but still costs, with its reference.
  • D2Technical questions for your customer, in batches, with tracking and evidence.
  • D3Instrument BOM against the station's catalog, with cards and series or parallel effect.
  • D4Points and loads BOM.
  • D5Unit access BOM, including LEDs and buzzers.

G2 Development

  • D6Test strategy and plan in spec order.
  • D7TestStand sequence with gaps disabled and their reason, limits on the step, and per-variable paths for Variant Manager.
  • D8Sequence editing from the terminal, step by step.

Built by test engineers, to think before the sequence.

Starts before the sequence

Reads the full package and designs the station.

Traceable case by case

Every step points to the spec case that calls for it.

Your tools and your rules first

It uses your LabVIEW VIs and .NET DLLs, tests them with known data and remembers what it learns. Your team's rules win over its own.

Your AI account, on your PC

Connects over MCP to your Claude account.

Built for NI teams

The sequence comes out in TestStand 2025 or later.

Themis weighs every test in the spec against your station before writing a single line. It's built by the same engineers who made Variant Manager and Report Analyzer.

Frequently asked questions

Where do my customer's specs go?

They don't go through Bravo-101's servers. They go to your AI provider (Claude, today), under your account; we recommend an enterprise plan that doesn't train on your data. You decide what Themis reads: the whole document, only the sections you need, or your own notes. Always check what your agreement with the customer allows.

What if it makes up a limit?

It doesn't fill it in. Anything missing comes out as a technical question with its reference, and whatever it proposes stays flagged until you confirm it.

What format does the spec need to be in?

None in particular: it reads the package whatever the format (Excel, Word, PDF or screenshots) and asks about anything it can't read with certainty.

What do I need installed?

Windows, NI LabVIEW 2025 or later, NI TestStand 2025 or later and a paid Claude account (the basic plan is enough). The Bravo 101 ATE Framework installs with Themis. See how it all connects.

How much does it cost in AI usage?

It depends on the size of the package. We measure it with you in the demo.

We don't have the instruments yet.

You debug the sequence with simulated modules before the bench exists.

We already have our VIs. Will it be hard to teach them?

Not like teaching a new hire. Themis tests your modules on its own with known data, shows you what it found and remembers it for the next project. Your rules win.

Does the line stop if I don't pay or there's no internet?

No. The station runs the sequence without the agent. The subscription only affects the engineer's PC, with a 7-day offline grace period.

Which AI agent do I need?

Claude, today; the basic paid plan is enough to get started comfortably. We're working on other providers.

What if we don't use TestStand?

Today Themis is built for NI teams. We're working on generating for our own sequencer in Python or C#. Sign up and we'll let you know.

Who provides support?

We support you in English and Spanish. The first reply comes from a support agent.
