Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases and use of the software Bravo 101 Systems sells at bravo101.systems. By buying or installing our software you accept these terms.

1. What we sell

Perpetual software licenses for Windows: Report Analyzer (one computer per license) and Variant Manager for NI TestStand (one station per license). Report Viewer is free. Nothing physical is shipped: the software is downloaded from the site and the license is delivered as an activation key.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Mexican pesos and include VAT. Payment is processed by the store's payment platform; Bravo 101 Systems never sees or stores your card details.

3. License delivery

After you pay, use the activation page to send the email you bought with, your order's confirmation number (it's in your purchase email) and your machine's ID. We email the key to that same address within the next business day; for security, never to a different one. Delivery is neither automatic nor instant.

4. Using the license

  • Each key activates the software, with no time limit, on the computer or station whose ID you sent us.
  • If you move to a new computer, we issue a new key at no cost with the original order's confirmation number.
  • You may not resell, share or publish the key, distribute the software, or decompile or modify it to bypass the license.

5. Free trial and warranty

Paid apps include a free trial so you can confirm, before buying, that they work with your station and your data. The software is provided as is: we don't warrant it for any particular purpose beyond what its page describes. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

6. Your data and your files

The software runs on your computer and processes your files there, without sending them to our servers. How we handle your purchase data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Refunds

Purchases are final. The only exceptions are listed in the Refund Policy.

8. Invoices

If you need a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI), send your order number and your Constancia de Situación Fiscal to info@bravo101.systems within the same month as the purchase.

9. Support and contact

We provide support by email at info@bravo101.systems. We don't offer phone support.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page and applies to purchases made from its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
