Whether you need a license key, help deciding if a product fits your station, or support with one you already use, that's the address.

What to include

The more specific you are, the more useful our first reply will be. Depending on why you're writing:

• License key: your order number, the part number of what you bought, and the Device ID or station ID the software shows. Keys are issued within the next business day.
• Before buying: what your station runs, what report format it produces or what TestStand version it uses, and what you're trying to get out of it. If we think our tool isn't right for you, we'll say so.
• Something's failing: what you did, what happened, and what you expected. A screenshot of the error saves us a round trip.
• A feature you're missing: what you're trying to do and with which reports or stations. It helps us decide what comes next in each product.
• Volume or site licensing: how many stations, and whether they're at one plant or several.

Part numbers

Every product on this site has a part number, shown at the top of its page and on the catalog cards. Quoting it removes any ambiguity about which product and which scope you mean:

Before writing to us about a license

The Device ID or station ID only exist once the software is installed on the machine you want to license. Install it, start the trial, and copy the ID from the activation screen; that way we can issue your key on the first reply instead of the second.

Response times

License keys: within the next business day. Everything else: we respond, and if the answer needs looking into, we'll tell you instead of leaving you waiting.

Purchase orders and invoicing

If your company buys by purchase order instead of card, or you need an invoice with specific tax details, write to us before ordering and we'll set it up.
