Try before you buy
Every paid app can be tried for free on your own station before you pay: Report Analyzer for 14 days and Variant Manager for 6 days. Report Viewer is free. Please use the trial to confirm the app fits your case, because the purchase is final.
No refunds after purchase
We sell digital software licenses delivered as an activation key. Once an order is paid, it can't be canceled or refunded, including for a change of mind or because the license was never activated or used.
The only two exceptions
- Duplicate or incorrect charge. If you were charged twice for the same order, or an amount different from the order, we refund the difference.
- We can't deliver a working key. If, after you send your activation request, we can't deliver a key that activates the software on the computer you bought it for, we refund the full order.
To request it, write to info@bravo101.systems with your order number within 30 days of the purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long it takes to show depends on your bank.
Moved to a new computer?
That doesn't need a refund: we issue a new key at no cost. Use the activation page with the email you bought with, the original order's confirmation number and the new machine's ID.
