Why we exist
An automated test station is never just instruments. It is instruments, test logic, product configuration, traceability, and the reports somebody has to defend in front of a customer. In practice those layers get tangled together, and the cost shows up later: a limit that cannot be changed without a development license, a variant that means another spreadsheet, a quality question nobody can answer because the evidence was never collected.
Bravo-101 Systems builds the software that untangles them.
Where the name comes from
101 is a binary number. It is also the number every engineer recognizes from the first line of anything they have ever debugged. The name is a reminder of where our work sits: close to the instruments, close to the data, at the level where things are either measurably true or not.
What stage we are at
Bravo-101 Systems is a new company built on years of hands-on work on production test floors. That matters more than it sounds. Our tools are not designed from a specification of what test engineers probably need; they come from the specific frustrations of running stations, parsing report files nobody wants to open, and explaining capability numbers to a customer quality engineer who is not inclined to take them on faith.
We would rather tell you that plainly than perform a corporate history we do not have.
Experience behind the work
The engineering experience behind these products comes from test systems built for products in automotive electronics, medical devices, power tools, and industrial equipment - programs where the test station was part of a regulated or customer-audited supply chain.
We do not publish customer names or logos without written authorization from the customer. If you need references before working with us, ask and we will arrange them directly.
How we work
- Offline first. Our software runs on the station, with no server, no account and no telemetry. On controlled or air-gapped networks, that is the difference between a tool you can install and one you cannot.
- Perpetual licenses. One purchase activates one station, permanently. We do not want to be the reason a line stops because a subscription lapsed.
- No lock-in. Standard formats in, standard formats out. Your test data is yours, readable without us.
- We say what a tool does not do. Every product page here has a section describing the limits of that product. It costs us some sales and saves everyone the wrong purchase.
Where we are going
The catalog today is software. The roadmap adds engineering services around ATE stations and, further out, industrial hardware. The organizing idea does not change: fewer manual steps between a measurement and a decision.
